About me

My name is Jen and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I abide and work to rigorous standards which are set out in the BACP code of ethics.

I am an Integrative therapist, and draw from a wide range of theories to help me understand and bring focus to the work we do together. I completed both my Foundation Degree and my Bachelor's degree at the University of Suffolk, where I gained a first class with honours. I will soon be attending Metanoia Institute where I will be studying towards an Msc in Gestalt Psychotherapy.

My approach in the therapeutic relationship is to work collaboratively with you, and with whatever you choose to bring to the space. I consider myself to be open and sincere in my approach to people, and the space I provide is warm and comfortable.

I regularly attend CPD training to enhance and further my understanding in the field, and am in regular supervision as is required by the BACP. I am happy to answer any questions regarding my training and experience to date.
